Rogue Machine policies and procedures

Refunds and Exchanges

To receive a refund of your ticket order, you must have purchased through the Rogue Machine website. Tickets purchased through third-party suppliers such as Goldstar, LA Stage Alliance, StubDog etc. cannot be refunded except in the case of performance cancellation. You must notify us at least twelve (12) hours before the performance you were scheduled to attend if you would like a refund.

Occasionally we will offer discounts to certain performances, either online or at the door (Pay-What-You-Can, 2-for-1, etc.). Our apologies, but if you purchased tickets before the discount was announced, you cannot receive a partial refund. Consider it an additional donation to a great not-for-profit theater.

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance if necessary. You must notify us two  (2) hours prior to the start time of the performance you are scheduled to attend. Full-price and subscriber tickets may be rescheduled once with no penalty. Half-price or other discount tickets, purchased through Rogue Machine’s website or from third-party suppliers (Goldstar, LA Stage Alliance, StubDog etc.) will be subject to a $6.00 rescheduling fee per ticket. Except in special circumstances, no tickets will be rescheduled more than once or less than two (2) hours before the performance.

Unpaid reservations

Unlike many other theaters, we offer our patrons the ability to reserve tickets online and pay at the door. This results in many no-shows, which causes problems with our ticketing and seating arrangements. If you make an unpaid online or phone reservation and do not show up, you will be prohibited from making unpaid reservations in the future and will have to either pre-purchase your tickets or show up at the door and hope there are seats available. If you cancel your reservation online or by phone at least two (2) hours before the show, you will not be penalized.

In-person credit card transactions

If you are planning to pay at the door, please bring cash or check. If you pay by credit card at the door, you will be subject to the same ticketing fees as those who purchase online in advance (generally $3.00 or $4.00 per ticket). This applies both to full-price and discount tickets. Please note that our concessions bar accepts only cash and checks.

Late seating

Not all shows offer late seating. We usually begin performances ten (10) minutes after the scheduled start time to allow for traffic and parking. If you arrive after the performance has begun, you will either be seated late or rescheduled for another time, depending upon the show. Latecomers are allowed to reschedule once with no penalty.  No refunds will be given for latecomers except in extreme circumstances.

Handicapped access

All Rogue Machine shows at Theatre/Theater are handicap-accessible. If you are in a wheelchair, you must notify us when you buy or reserve tickets so we can prepare for you. Rogue Machine shows at other venues may or may not be handicap-accessible; please e-mail RogueMachineProduction@gmail.com to find out.
