Inger Tudor
A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, Inger gave up the practice of law to pursue her acting career. After many years of theatrical work in New York, she completed a classical theatre graduate program at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Inger relocated to Los Angeles to gain more film and television credits, but is constantly drawn back to the theatre. She is a long-time ensemble member of Theatre of NOTE, where she has served as President of the Artistic & Management Committee and coordinator of NOTEworthy, Theatre of NOTE’s staged reading series. Inger is also a member of Rogue Machine, a guest artist with Antaeus Company, a former member of Classical Theatre Lab, as well as a director and producer for theatrical productions. Her Los Angeles acting credits include: (stage) Stuff Happens at Mark Tape Forum (Ovation nomination for Best Ensemble; Drama Critics Circle nomination for Best Production), The Maids (4 NAACP nominations), The Death of Griffin Hunter, The Oedipus Tree, The Family of Mann, Will’s Grill, The House on Lake Desolation and Romeo and Juliet: Antebellum New Orleans, 1836, (NAACP Theatre Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress); (television) NCIS, Leverage, Las Vegas, The Shield, Veronica Mars, Without a Trace, Dragnet, Passions and Strong Medicine; (film) God’s Waiting List, Art, Breathe, Covetous, Long Story Short and Sunday Morning Stripper (numerous short film awards) and The Making of “Grits” (Mockumentary Festival – Best Actress Award). Her other stage credits include: Casualties, Amiri Baraka’s Primitive World, Top Girls, Day of Absence, Fathers & Sons (New York); Bailey’s Café (Hartford Stage), Mama, I Want to Sing (Germany and Japan tours), The Crucible, Children of the Sun, The Country Wife, Richard II (LAMDA). Inger is also an active alumnus with Harvard College and a member of Maranatha Community Church.
